Return & Replacement Policy

The exact return or replacement eligibility period for each product is clearly mentioned on the product description page. Customers are advised to review this information carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The product must be unused

  • All tags must be intact

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable / Non-Replacement Items

Certain products are non-returnable and/or non-replaceable.
Such conditions are clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.

For non-returnable products, we provide open-box delivery at the time of delivery.

During open-box delivery:

  • The box must be opened by the customer in the presence of the delivery agent

  • Both the delivery agent and the customer must record a clear, uncut video from package opening to product inspection

The customer-recorded video is mandatory for raising claims related to:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

Claims raised without a proper delivery video may not be accepted, even if open-box delivery was provided.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  1. Click the “Return” button available in the header section of our website

  2. Fill in the return or replacement request form

Each product clearly displays its eligible return or replacement period on the product details page.

All requests are subject to verification and approval before processing.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, raise a request through the defined process so the issue can be reviewed and resolved accordingly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days
